This was a very useful tool for me. I could export my data and share with my doctor. I’ve been doing so for over six years, but now those features I paid for are no longer available. Trying restore doesn’t work either. You get this message: Restore failed Please purchase the app first. Paid customers will not be charged again. That statement is NOT true. I am a paid customer. Bad move developers.

It’s ok but I’d like it to connect to DB. It’s configured correctly so not sure what’s wrong.

I have used this app for several years, I share it with my doctor for anual review… love the tracking of BP, weight, medication & most importantly notes.The note section is where I track my BM, symptoms and general wellbeing.

Not very happy right now. I am a subscriber. I’ve been using the app for a long time and have been able to get great reports for my doctor visits. However, this morning when trying to pull the reports for my doctor visit this afternoon there is not a print option. When looking for a contact so I get assistance, there is no resource to contact. That makes the app unreliable to me.

Quickly becoming one of my favorite apps. It’s easy to use and does an excellent job of allowing you to report the info needed and add notes as well. Helps keep track of BP and see the trends. Really good app.

My doctor asked me about my blood pressure today because it was slightly up. I opened the BP Companion and showed her my history for the year. She loved the app and said she was going recommend it to all of her patients.

Been using this app just fine for over 5 years, to track a very important health stat, and now I have to pay a subscription?? Awful!!!!

Like others, I too previously purchased this app (per recommendation of my cardiologist) and have been using it since then to keep track of my blood pressure. But as of recently, the application is no longer honoring this purchase and wanting me to sign up to a new subscription model. Very disappointing!

Excellent, easy to use app for tracking B/P - very helpful for doctors appointments to evaluate the effectiveness of meds for hypertension and to fine tune dosages of medications.

I have been using this app quite happily since 2017 (I checked). I know that I have paid for the pro version of the app because I always wanted the ability to enter my data onto either my iPhone or my iPad. Lately I have been using my iPhone exclusively so I haven’t noticed any changes. But tonight when I went to enter my data onto my iPad, there was nothing there. I tried to restore my purchase - but that failed. I tried again and again it failed. This is very odd. I came to the App Store and found a few reviews that talked about the same problem. The developer has seemingly cancelled my purchase of the app. The other reviewers have talked about it becoming a subscription app but I have not seen that mentioned yet. And I certainly have not received any correspondence from the developer regarding them cancelling my purchase! I notice that the developer has not responded to any of the other reviews that have complained about their purchase being cancelled, so I am under no illusion that I’m going to get a response, either. But I will be taking it up with Apple. It used to be a five star app. The app probably still is. But the behaviour of the developer has changed the rating for this app from five stars to one star. And if it was possible to go lower than one star, then that’s what I would be giving it. Disgraceful behaviour.

I bought the premium version of this app years ago and have been using it since 2012. Now, they’ve switched to a subscription model that would cost $120 per year and removed my purchase. This took away features I’d paid for, such as being able to export the reports for my doctor, and create my backup. So disappointing that they did this with no notice, and no regard for those who have been loyal users from the beginning. I’d have been willing to pay a bit more for adding features, but $120 per year is far too much, especially with the current economy and the fact that I already bought these features once. I’m willing to buy apps, but I am not willing to rent them.

If I would just take my medicine when I should, I would hope to have better results. But this app is great. It keeps track of your history, gives you your average bp over a time period of your choosing. It also allows you to list your weight and enter a note - for example, if you want to mention that you just finished running a few miles - hence the higher than normal bpm. It also exports the information to your health app on the iPhone and backup the data to iCloud. It even warns you when your bp is to high or low. This program has helped me a lot for my bp was all over the place and I’ve got a better handle on it now. Highly recommended!

I will definitely report this seller transgression to Apple’s App Store Management! And demand that Apple’s App Store Management either force you to honor your commitment that the app—when paid for—is both advertisement free and with no requirement for a subscription service, which at my time of purchase, did not even exist, or, ban you, and all of your apps, and your companies from ever doing business on Apple’s App Store!! How dare You!!! You scam artist! How Dare You!

Best app for keeping track of BP. The ease of recording, looking at history and being able to forward information to doctor! Love it!!!

App started off a free but then they started to charge. Lost years of data

I purchased this app in 2015. It was a one time purchase to get access to the “pro” version of the app that provided reports and exporting those reports. This was really useful to give to my doctor. I stopped using this for a couple years, but decided to get back in the habit today. Now the app has a subscription plan in the settings and my “pro” purchase has been removed. None of the notes in the change log mention this bait and switch. I’ll be finding a replacement. I’m disappointed because this app really works the way I want (integrates with Health to pull in my most recent body weight, simple interface for adding new recordings, etc), but I will not support this kind of practice.

My docs are all amazed at the reports I can print out for them. Sometimes they just scroll through my phone to see BP. Either way, they always hope to encourage other patients to use it.

It seems that along the line in “upgrades” the ability to export and email reports as pdf and other features were removed. I see other complaints of the same, probably because of ADS to subscribe. NO ANSWER to my email, of complaints here in reviews. Dev is shooting themselves in the foot by not explaining, because in face the functionality is still there.

Hard to read screen in settings. Need Senior friendly text size and colors. Also send to email function is klutzy. To send, can’t see he button.

I bought this app and it’s a great app to keep track of your blood pressure. However, after a few years now it wants me to subscribe so I’m getting asked to subscribe for an app that I paid for. I mean really you got to be kidding me I can just put this in an Excel spreadsheet if I wanted to or a text file, give me a break what a rip off.

I bought the app a couple of years ago and really like it. I would have given it 5 stars but lately I keep getting this annoying pop up screen asking me to upgrade. I don’t need the upgrade and there doesn’t seem to be a way to turn off this entire screen message so every time it pops up I need to x out. I bought the app to avoid things like this. I mean really people there should be a way to turn it off.

I’ve been using this for at least eight years. Very helpful when I’m in contact with my cardiologist. This app is wonderful.

I have used this app for years. After a couple of years using the free version, I purchased the full version on December 1, 2018. I have used this app. My doctors have recommended it to others patients after they saw the reports and history the app provided by me simply recording my bp into the app. However, it is suddenly telling me that I have to repurchase the app even after I hit the “restore” button. I pulled my info from Apple and it shows my purchase on the above date. I shouldn’t have to repurchase something I already paid for.

My doctor recommended the app for all her patients tracking their BP. Considers it the best and says it has the most useful reports for her evaluation of one’s daily track.

This app is my new best friend along with my blood pressure machine. My blood pressure is so erratic and hard to control but this app makes it so easy to keep track of my blood pressure daily for my doctor to see. I recommend it to everybody who needs to track their blood pressure. it’s also so easy to use and understand.

Have been using this app for years. Very easy to and track vitals. Creates a very good report that you can share with your doctor.

My doctors and I both love the app. When I go to see my doctors they are able to see my everyday blood pressure, not just when I am in their offices. This app is on my homepage and I use it everyday. Tommy H.

Very handy to log reading and then export to email!!

This app has come in so handy soooo many times. It has everything I need and very easy to use. I can enter my family’s info save it, print it, email it. You can save notes in each reading, weight, time date etc. So very helpful. The Dr was very impressed with the pdf I was able to give her with all of the data, meds, time, notes etc on it. Thank you so much for an awesome app!

App was free. I got a new phone and went to reinstall and now I have to pay for it to use the app I had been previously using for free. And pay for what? All it is a is record keeping program. It doesn’t do anything with your data or give you an insights. It’s like paying a subscription to a pad and pen. Absolutely ridiculous. DO NOT SUPPORT! It says you can unsubscribe at any time but so far I cannot find an option in the app to do so. Deceptive and scammy!!!

I am thoroughly disgusted with people who sell their app, then tell their loyal customers to 'go fly your kite - alone'!!!!! Service does NOT exist - anywhere!!!!! After 23 attempted emails to their only mechanism provided their customers without ANY response, I am now FORCED Backup and Restore to Dropbox and kiss iCloud goodbye !!!!!! They could care less if they cared at all!!!! Irony: The app and current iOS Version of 15.5 on my iPhone 13 PRO MAX 1 TB device continues to work just fine - no problems at all — BUT NOT YOUR DEFECTIVE ALBATROSS!!!!!. This problem with iPhone 13 PRO MAX 1TD and iOS 15.5 must be fixed!!!!!!!!!! It is incompatible with iPhone 13 PRO MAX 1TB devices!!!!! WILL YOU RESPOND AND DO YOUR JOB???

Free, easy to use and let you to share graph and data with the physician, generating PDF files with your data. You can plot it in different time laps, Months, years or days.

Love this app it's quick easy shows history and a graph, and you can have multiple profiles back up on line and export data. So what's it missing it would be nice on the graph if it showed what is considered to be a NORMAL RANGE maybe as a green area or a green line, I had to go online to look up what it should be.

I was pretty happy with this app until they decided to make me buy a subscription to get the same features that I got when I bought the app. It’s clear that I can’t trust these guys with my personal data.

We paid for removing the ads, and it worked for a while until the last update. The author decided to show their own ads…that defeated the purpose of paying for it. So, be smart, stay away from this app.

You go to the doctor’s office and they take your blood pressure and THAT’S IT. Well, with this app I can give the dr my report showing my average for a month or a year. Much better info. You can’t base your condition on 1 reading. Show your dr a full reading over a long period.

Overall I’m very satisfied with this app. A separate time for weight an tempature tracking would be great. Otherwise it is a very good app.

This app does everything anybody could want. Very easy to use...before doctors appointment download and send report.

As I have heart disease, I almost daily monitor my blood pressure so I can have a history to show my cardiologist.
