Easy to input your information and the reports are easy to generate. Convenient and useful

Easy to set up and use. Has made conversations with doctor much easier when I can just pull up the app. Love the notes feature, but it would be great if there was an easier way to access the notes than opening up each reading individually. Also would like an option to enter when heartbeat is irregular to track those patterns as well.

This is the best BP app that Ive used. Entering my daily numbers is so easy and fast that I actually do it. Reports are great. Love how I can send them to my doctor in just a few moments. Highly recommended.

I really like this app. I can easily share the info with my Dr. He said its laid out very nicely and has everything he is looking for to easily see my #s makes my visit easy and painless! It has been great helping me and my Dr. get my medicine amounts just right. Thank you

Works really well for basic tracking. Allows notes and weight to be recorded.

Full version works great, without adds. It is very easy to use and print out log. My doctor really likes the print out that I do from the app. Have been using a year and I still think it is a great app.

Ive been using this app for over 3 years now. My husband started me with the free app. The Doc/nurses loved it so much and it was so easy to use that we upgraded and have never looked back. Having to monitor BP/HR/WT daily is so simple for Dr to access information by scrolling or by graph. Much better than the paper and pen records I started with. Also AWESOME for the ER as the information is already there.

Great. Got me restarted on regular checking. Keeps track neatly of all information. Highly recommend. Super app. Have used it for years and love it. Now integrates excellently and smoothly with LoseIt and Apples health app.

Great app!! Keeps me in touch with my physician by giving him reports I wish you would add Glucose levels as data input. I put in notes now but cant print with them included

Ive used this app for 3+ years. Easy to use. View data for one week, month or year and export into a pdf report to share with your doctor. Also has nifty note field where I can indicate if Ive taken my measurement after meditating or after a stressful situation.

I love this app its amazing help me and my Doctors to keep track of how Im doing and thats peace of mind!

This app is great. Its easy to use and very informative. I like the ability to export the information to PDF, email etc.

I made the mistake of being misled into thinking that this application would actually take your blood pressure with your iPhone much the same way that other apps record your heartbeat with your iPhone. It only seems to serve as a journal for the information that you put into it. It does provide a good record for the fields that it offers. For me it was a waste of money as I was expecting that it would actually take my blood pressure.

This is a well organized app that really fits my needs! For emailing reports, the options are great. However, I would appreciate having the ability to make my choice of file extensions default to .pdf (or other extension) regularly. And to choose a default style of graph. It took me awhile to discover the best way to email my records to my provider, but now I do it with ease... Great app!!!
